Taylor Swift gave fans the surprise of a lifetime at a Pride celebration!

The 29-year-old superstar, who just released her LGBTQ anthem “You Need to Calm Down,” popped onstage on Friday night (June 14) at The Stonewall Inn in New York City.

Taylor has been a longtime supporter of the gay bar and National Historic Landmark, which was the site of the riots that started the gay rights movement 50 years ago.

The event was hosted by Jesse Tyler Ferguson and also featured performances from Sara Bareilles and Gavin Creel.

“I’m so happy I don’t have to keep this secret any longer. Look who came to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Stonewall at the Stonewall Inn. @taylorswift13, you are a gem. Thank you for everything you do for the LGBTQ community. We ❤️ you! 🌈,” Jesse wrote on his Twitter.

During the event, Taylor performed “Shake It Off” and invited Jesse to sing along with her on stage!
