Janet Jackson is releasing her first single in three years. The 52-year-old pop legend recently announced that her upcoming song “Made For Now,” featuring reggaeton rapper Daddy Yankee, will be out on Aug. 17.
It’s already been an eventful year for Jackson. She’s been traveling on her State of the World Tour and was previously honored with the Icon Award at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. Also at the award show, Jackson did not disappoint when she delivered an electric performance — her first televised performance in nine years. With new music now on the way, Jackson seems to have no plans of slowing down her momentous year, and we can’t wait to witness it.
