Abbey Clancy manages to juggle a successful modelling career, TV work, a fashion line and being mum to three young tots.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the star confesses she has a lot to take-on as she discussed body confidence, life with her husband Peter Crouch and surgery ahead of the launch of her new range with Lipsy.

As she released the stunning array of party wear, the 32-year-old Liverpudlian beauty confessed that if she did not have a fear of needles she would undergo surgery before gushing about her footballer spouse’s 2013 nose job.

Abbey will no doubt set jaws dropping with the new Lipsy collection, which features a host of stunning ensembles including a sexy tuxedo-inspired look, a glittering jumpsuit and a bang on-trend zebra print shirt.

Proving herself to be every inch the pro, the model is proud mum to Sophia, seven, Liberty, three, and 10-month-old Johnny, and admits she works hard to focus her energies on all aspects of her life – including family and work.

While her sensational good looks are a focus of her career, she admits there are elements she would change – although admits Peter would oppose any plans.

Peter revealed in 2013 that he had gone under the knife for a corrective nose job following sporting injuries, and while Abbey admits his cosmetic surgery was ‘amazing’ he would not be thrilled if she suggested her own work.

‘Beauty has changed so much it’s not just about putting on creams now. Times have changed so much and you just look at the Hadids and Kendall Jenner and all the stuff the young people are having done…

‘They look great, I don’t know if I’d be happy with my daughters going it… Pete thinks all this girly stuff is ridiculous and he’d go mad if I said I was getting surgery. He hates it. he thinks there’s more important things to life.’

At the time of his nose job, Peter said: ‘My nose was a bit wonky at Liverpool and I had it put right after a knock – and my teeth weren’t ideal until I had them knocked out and repaired – so I’m slowly improving as I get older!’

On her body hang-ups, Abbey said: ‘I don’t like my stomach. I think after having children and getting older your body changes…

‘Then try and squeeze in homework because Sophia won’t do it when she gets in from school. Trying to get that done in between giving Johnny his porridge then we get in the car and get to school and read a book on the way to school…

‘If I do reform Pilates then my mum will have Johnny for an hour. Eat all the kids left overs, clean the kitchen. I’m always on the go. We don’t sit down, have a nap, watch TV, I’m quite a highly-strung person.’

She also revealed Pete’s desperation to get the kids into football: ‘Pete is desperate to play sport with the kids, Sophia’s a fantastic swimmer but she doesn’t want to play football or tennis with her dad so hopefully Johnny will want to play with his dad and play in the garden.’

Speaking of her former party lifestyle, she revealed: ‘You don’t drink so much now because of hangovers with three babies is not an ideal combination…

‘I’ve got a really good support system, my mum, she’s amazing and Sophia and Lib are in school now. So just leaves Johnny at home so I try and work around when they’re at school and Pete will have them the rest of the time.’

‘They hadn’t been before and they couldn’t believe it. We do try and get as much time together as possible but its a little bit more difficult at the moment with the new baby’.

While she admits she has her own hang-ups, Abbey does not seem too worried about bringing up her girls in the social media age: ‘They don’t come across like they’re self-conscious about anything…

As fans eagerly anticipate her Lipsy collection, she said of the line: ‘There’s been convos over the years about a collab and it feels like the right time for me in my life to do it. doing party wear as I haven’t been doing too much partying. I’m not a very good drinker. Two glasses of champagne and it’s game over’.
